Adsense Arbitrage Secrets – Increase Your Adsense Income Dramatically By Arbitraging With Adwords

    Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

I have often been asked this question by adsense publishers : Why is it some internet marketers can make $1000+ from one website …even a one-page website…while may others can only earn peanuts from their websites? After all, they are all participating in the same adsense publishing program!

I used to ask this same question too, as I was researching into the profitable models to earn adsense income, and wanted to get to the bottom of this matter.

In my research, I found two startling discoveries:

    1. Those earning more than 4 figures were either running sites based on autogenerated sites with a concept of “build, build and build”, or a pure content site infused with unique articles, or a mini site of one-page based on an article that can be reprint rights article or a private label right article emphasising on a high pay keyword.

    2. From the above 3 adsense models, the majority of those claiming to earn in excess of $500 per website per month belonged to the one-page mini web site category.

In other words, the majority of those claiming to earn in excess of $500 per month per website from adsense were running just a simple one-page website!

Now, what was the secret of their amazing earning capacity for a one-page website, as compared to a web site of pure content with hundreds of pages that have been indexed by the major search engines? What factor allows the one-page website to earn in excess of $500 per month in adsense income?

While there were many factors that can lead to this nature of success of the one-page mini site, I discovered that there was one COMMON FACTOR that stood out.

All the owners of the one-page mini sites claim to run PPC (pay per click ) campaigns to drive traffic to their one-page mini sites at low cost and to earn the difference between their cost of the PPC campaign and the adsense income derived from clicks from the traffic.

In other words, they arbitrage between an adwords campaign and an adsense campaign, making the difference in between.

Here is how it works in simple terms:

They create a one-page website using a reprint right article that they can get from an article depository eg. ezinearticles.com, goarticles.com or they write their own unique article based on a keyword or they use a private label right article.

They find a host of related keywords at low bids and run an adwords campaign on those keywords and get traffic to go to their one page website. If the PPC traffic were to click on a high paying advertisement on their one-page website, they will be able to secure a profit which is the difference between the cost of the adword campaign and the payout from the adsense click over a period of time.

By leveraging on this difference, it was possible for them to drop any campaign that was clearly losing money for them, keeping those that break-even and letting those that turn out to be big winners to continue their run.

It was the big winners that ran up massive profits for them and increase their adsense income manifold.

So if you are an adsense publisher, you may wish to explore this adsense-adwords arbitrage technique to turbo boost your adsense income.

One word of advice though – research your technique well and know that PPC campaigns can chalk up pretty fast in terms of cost and if the campaign is not working for you, drop it fast. Get familar with the techniques of arbitraging and seek out knowledge and skills before you start your campaign. Then you will find good success!

    Sports Halls of Fame

    Wednesday, July 9th, 2008

To any sports fan, a hall of fame is the quintessential celebration of a sport and tribute to the athletes who participate in that sport. Many a sports fan will make pilgrimages to the hall of fame of their favorite sport to “soak up” the history and traditions of that sport.

In North America there are over thirty halls of fame to various sports and sporting events. As one would expect, these include halls dedicated to the major sports such as baseball, basketball, hockey, and football (here “major” refers to those sports that attract the largest fan base in North America). Also included in this number are halls that pay tribute to sports such as bowling, cycling, fishing, gymnastics, lacrosse, motor sports, skating, skiing, soccer, softball, swimming, track and field, trapshooting, volleyball, wrestling, and even snowmobiling.

In addition, there are numerous other state or college specific halls of fame, as well as online or virtual halls of fame.

There are seventeen states that host at least one hall of fame. There are three halls of fame in Canada, all of which are in Ontario. The most famous Canadian hall of fame is the Hockey Hall of Fame and Museum in Toronto. Some interesting hall of fame statistics include:

    • New York is the state with the most halls of fame, with five, including the Harness Racing Museum and Hall of Fame in Goshen, the National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, the National Museum of Racing and Hall of Fame in Saratoga Springs, the National Soccer Hall of Fame and Museum in Oneonta, and the National Track & Field Hall of Fame in New York City.
    • There are four states that host three halls of fame. These are:
      • Colorado with the Colorado Ski Museum/Colorado Ski and Snowboard Hall of Fame in Vail, the Mountain Bike Hall of Fame in Crested Butte, and the World Skating Museum and Hall of Fame in Colorado Springs
      • Florida with the International Game Fishing Association Fishing Hall of Fame and Museum in Dania Beach, the International Swimming Hall of Fame in Ft. Lauderdale, and the World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine.
      • Ohio with the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum in Pickerington, the Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, and the Trapshooting Hall of Fame in Vandalia.
      • Oklahoma with the Amateur Softball Association of America: Hall of Fame and Museum in Oklahoma City, the International Gymnastics Hall of Fame in Oklahoma City, and the National Wrestling Hall of Fame and Museum in Stillwater.
    • Oklahoma City is the only city with more than one hall of fame.
    • Three other states, Massachusetts, Michigan, and Wisconsin have two halls of fame.
    • The sport with the most halls of fame dedicated to it is motor sports with five, the Canadian Motorsport Hall of Fame, the International Motorsports Hall of Fame & Museum, the Motorcycle Hall of Fame Museum, the Motorsports Hall of Fame of America and Museum, and the National Sprint Car Hall of Fame & Museum.
    • Football (American Football) has three halls of fame dedicated to it, and baseball, basketball, cycling, fishing, horse racing, hockey, and skiing each have two.

The halls of fame for the major North American spectator sports include:

    • The National Baseball Hall of Fame and Museum in Cooperstown, New York
    • The Basketball Hall of Fame in Springfield, Massachusetts
    • The Pro Football Hall of Fame in Canton, Ohio
    • The World Golf Hall of Fame in St. Augustine, Florida
    • The Hockey Hall of Fame and Museum in Toronto, Ontario, Canada
    • The National Soccer Hall of Fame and Museum in Oneonta, New York
    • The International Tennis Hall of Fame in Newport, Rhode Island

Three Things You Can Do to Keep Your Computer Running at Maximum Performance

    Monday, July 7th, 2008

Although there are many things that can affect the performance of your computer, there are a few simply things you can do each month to help keep your computer running at maximum performance. This article will focus on two problems that impact the performance of your computer and will then explain what you can do about it.

Problem #1: Computer Hard Disk Files
Your computer is always writing information to your hard disk, no matter what you do. Your computer attempts to keep all file information in the same location on your hard drive. As you add and delete files, blank spaces are left between your files. As you add new programs or files, your computer tries to use these blank spaces.

Over time, this reading and writing of files can affect the way your computer performs. The files eventually become scattered in multiple locations on your hard disk rather than in the same location.

Your computer will still find the information. However, the more scattered the information becomes on your hard drive, the more accesses your computer has to make to find (and gather) the information. This requires your hard disk to work harder and do more reading/writing than is necessary. It will slow down your computer by as much as 200% and causes increased wear and tear on your hard drive.

    Problem #2: Spyware
If you use the Internet, at some point you will download a file or software program onto your computer. Sometimes you will know something is being downloaded to your computer. Other times you will have no idea. (Although this article will not talk about small files called “cookies”, you may want to look up information on this subject. Cookies are written onto your computer from the Internet.)

Free computer programs (often referred to as Freeware) are a big hit on the Internet. Every day thousands of users download these “free programs”. Although there are some great freeware programs, these programs often have advertisements or tracking code associated with their use. The term “Spyware” refers to programs that gather information about your computer and (Internet) surfing habits without your knowledge. This information is then sold to a third party company as a means of generating revenue.

The problem with Spyware is that it also impacts the performance of your computer. It can make your computer very sluggish and unresponsive.

Three Steps to Improved Computer Performance
Now that we’ve discussed two problems that affect the performance of your computer, let’s discuss three things you can do to get your computer performance back to normal. You should do these three steps in the order presented. Ideally, you should repeat them about once a month or whenever you notice a change in your computer’s performance.

    Step #1: Delete Spyware
The first thing you should do is to delete spyware files or programs from your computer. To do this, you can use a free software program such as Ad-Aware SE Personal Edition from LavaSoft. To get the program, go to www.download.com and search for “Ad-Aware SE” (without the quotes). Select “Download Now” and follow the installation instructions. Once the program is installed, you can scan your computer for spyware files. Then, you can select and delete them from your computer.

Note #1: Always be sure to use the “Check for updates now” option to keep your program current.

Note #2: You need to be aware that when you delete spyware files, some of those “free” programs you downloaded may not continue to work correctly. If you have a program you’ve downloaded and want to continue to use, check very carefully what you select to delete from the “Scanning results” once the scan has been completed.

Step #2: Clean up your Hard Disk
Once the spyware is removed, you need to clean up temporary and unwanted files from your hard disk. To do this on your windows PC, select the start option in the lower left hand corner of your computer screen. Then, select the program option. Under the program option, select “Accessories”. Under the “Accessories” option, select “System Tools”. From the System Tools option, select “Disk Cleanup”.

Select the drive you want to clean from the pull-down menu and select OK. Usually, this is Drive C. If you have more than one hard drive, select one at a time. This program will then scan your computer for files that could be erased from your computer. You can safely erase all temporary and Recycle Bin files. You can also check the box of any other files you want the program to erase.

Step #3: Defrag your Hard Disk
Once all the spyware and temporary files are removed, you need to defrag your hard disk. This process simply rewrites your computer files so they are no longer scattered all over your hard disk, but are written in the same location for quick sequential access.

To defrag your hard disk on your windows PC, select the start option in the lower left hand corner of your computer screen. Then, select the program option. Under the program option, select “Accessories”. Under the “Accessories” option, select “System Tools”. From the System Tools option, select “Disk Defragmenter”. First, select the hard drive from your computer. Usually, this is Drive C. However, many computers have multiple hard drives. Select one at a time.

You can select “Analyze” to have the program check out the hard drive and see if it needs to be defragged. The program will prompt you at the completion of its analysis. Use the defragment option as prompted.

Note: If you’ve never used this option before, I would recommend that you select the defragment option.

Once, you’ve completed these three steps, your computer and hard disk should be able to operate at maximum performance. Don’t forget to repeat these steps at least once a month or whenever you notice a change in your computer’s performance.

    First Responder Human Hibernation Units

    Sunday, July 6th, 2008

In the next few years paramedics, first responders and military medics will have instant hibernation devices. These devices will come in small canisters of the gas to slow the body down after replacing lost blood and/or stopping bleeding. The replacement blood will be synthetic and coagulate faster to seal the wounds and once this happens the victim of the injury will be given hibernation gas. This gas will put the person in temporary suspended animation. When multiple victims are around each person will be administered the hibernation gas as the available first responders work thru the victims in order of most injured and serious first.

The gas used may be hydrogen sulfide, which in high concentrations can be a deadly toxin, but in the proper ratio will merely cause induced hibernation. Mark Roth and a team of medical researchers have proved concept by putting mice into hibernation similar to bears. Their mammalian bodies were slowed by 90% and the possibilities for this method for saving people are truly endless.

Imagine the benefits to the saving of lives in automobile accidents, train wrecks, bus crashes or airliners running off the end of a runway in a ball of fire? Imagine in a severe Hurricane, Earthquake or other natural disaster? This is a super break thru in medical research and must receive full funding for all applications and problems it might solve in the future on our elliptical traveling pale blue dot.

Are You Thinking The Right Thoughts?

    Sunday, July 6th, 2008

“A person is limited only by the thoughts that he chooses.” – As A Man Thinketh

With all the negativity in the world and in the air all around us, we really need to focus on positive things.

We need to bombard our spirit with positive aspirations and motivational tapes and CDs. There are many good motivational and inspirational speakers, out there, with a lot of listening material that can really assist you in bombarding your spirit. There are also many good motivational type books out there, as well.

Remember: You are only limited by the thoughts YOU choose!

Here is what happened to me, not to long ago.

As most of you know, I have been in the Network Marketing Profession for a long, long, time. And, I know from experience that I need to bombard my spirit with positive input, in order to keep the negativity OUT! Yet, I allowed myself to become lackadaisical in this area. It happens! I don’t care how long you’ve been in the Industry.

Not too long ago, I came to the realization that negativity was really creeping into my psyche. I realized that I had to do something about it, and I had to do it FAST.

So, I set out to read a book that I had read many times over the years. The book that really got me started in a positive direction when I was a very young man. This book has helped thousands put their life on a positive track to success.

The book that I am talking about is “Think and Grow Rich” by Napoleon Hill. If you haven’t read it, I recommend that you get hold of it and read it…..cover to cover! And, do it just as soon as you can! If you’ve read it in the past…..dig it out…..blow the dust off of it and read it again!

To go along with the book, it would be wise to go out and purchase some motivational/inspirational tapes and/or CDs. If you would like a list of my favorite motivational speakers, please send me an e-mail with the word “speakers” in the subject. I will get it out to you right away!

Anyway…..I got to Chapter IV, in the book, the chapter entitled: “AUTOSUGGESTION.” That’s when I said to myself, “Whoa! Lou! Hello – Knock Knock – Hello! — DUH!

You see…..I had really slacked off in this area of my success. So, I immediately started to re-bombard my spirit with positive input. Tapes, CDs, cassette tapes, books! Whatever I could get my hands on!

I am here to tell you that it has had an amazing affect on me. It brought me back to being positive and laser focused on my “Why!” And, it is INCREDIBLE how this bombardment has moved me to take MASSIVE ACTION on my way to achieving my “WHY!” It’s FANTASTIC! It’s the ONLY way!

So ask yourself the question: “Are You Thinking The ‘Right’ Thoughts?”

    Battling the IRS

    Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

There was once a song about battling the law and losing. Fortunately, battling the IRS is possible and sometimes inevitable.

    Battling the IRS

There comes a time when many Americans must take action against the IRS. The IRS can come down swiftly and without mercy against taxpayers for issues ranging from simple mistakes to genuine tax evasion. When such a situation occurs, usually in the form of an audit and followed by possible federal prosecution, it becomes necessary to stand up to the IRS. As many experts will tell you, knowing the right steps to take and doing things the right way can actually make battling the IRS prove to be a very valuable thing.

Every year, honest, tax-paying Americans worry that their income tax return will end up being audited by the IRS. In fact, the number of audits has increased quite significantly in recent years, lending its hand even further to the worry and stress. Audits can lead to major fees and even criminal prosecution. Needless to say, such a situation can become ugly very quickly.

However, many Americans don’t realize that they can fight the IRS. And, not only can they fight, but often times they can emerge with some sort of victory. In fact, recent studies have shown that over 41% of Americans who took their cases to the IRS’s appeals division won at least some degree of relief, while others had their penalties wiped out completely. Not only this, but countless numbers of other Americans have fought cases against the IRS in district courts and also emerged victorious.

What this means for the average American is that the IRS shouldn’t worry you too much. Obviously, an audit can be very scary and can occur at any time. However, as long as you did file your taxes in honesty, they are many venues you can look to for help. Just do some research, online or offline, and find a good tax lawyer to represent you. Whatever steps you take, do NOT talk to the IRS yourself. Your statements are evidence against you and you may inadvertently provide evidence the IRS has no right to obtain.

You will be surprised at your own chances of defeating the IRS and having your penalties reduced or even eliminated. Battling the IRS is something that can prove to be a very valuable tool for many Americans looking for tax relief.

Business Checks are an Added Cost to Your Small Business – Try Making Them Yourself!

    Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

Starting and managing a small business is no fun chore, especially when it comes to the accounting. There are a few common sense ways that you can help that bottom line.

Business checks can be quite expensive when you use a third party to manage your payroll and payments. Your small business can save money by printing your payments from your desktop.

This option may not be best for all businesses. But if you have the time to manage it yourself, it may be very beneficial. The check blanks can be found at many office stores, and there are some good ones online. Many of them don’t need a special software program to manage the process.

There are some pretty high tech programs out there as well. You may decide to check them out as they are needed. Usually, you can download a sample of the program to use for a while, testing it out to see if it is good for your applications.

Printing your own checks will also allow you to create your own design or place your logo on the checks which can serve as a reminder to potential customers.

It will be worth your time to at least check out some of the options that are available. If you haven’t looked because you thought they would be too expensive, you might be happily surprised.

Senior Golfers Can Still Play Great Golf. Do You Want To Know How?

    Thursday, July 3rd, 2008

If you’re a senior golfer…don’t give up and don’t give into the perception that’s it’s all downhill from here.

    No way!

You have a lot of GREAT golf years ahead of you, but you need to take a different approach to your golf improvement.

The approach I’m going to talk about will quickly and dramatically transform your game; and you can do this all right in your own home in less than 30 minutes.

No more teasing…this secret approach is your BODY!

    Yes…it’s that simple!

Do you ever go on the course and start playing only to feel like you can’t make a full backswing?

How about your distance? Have you lost yards off your drives the last few years? And lastly, how about aches and pains? Does your back, shoulders, hips or even wrists hurt when you play or afterwards?

    Then there’s only one choice!

Improve your current physical fitness, specific to your golf game.

You may have heard this before…but have you done anything about it? I know it can be confusing with all the information out there.

The first thing you need to consider is the credibility and experience of these professionals.

Do they know golf? How long have they been working with golfers. Have golfers ‘really’ improved with their programs, etc.?

I’m here to tell you there is hope…and a lot of it.

The first thing you need to do is find out what your limitations are. Is it strength? Is it flexibility? How about the mental? That’s a huge part of the game; but I can tell you, your mind and BODY are linked very intimately.

If you feel weak, tired and out of shape…your confidence will be so low it will be a miracle you can even complete a round of golf, let alone get a score you’re proud of.

It’s time to change all that! Right here…right now!

Taking ACTION “right after” reading this article is critical to your golfing future. I don’t believe in thinking about something. Dreaming about something. And not doing anything.

Have a clear, very specific picture in your mind of the kind of golfer you are capable of being and badly want to be.

I can’t tell you exactly what to do in this article. It would be 20 pages of meaty stuff that would get your mind going a hundred miles a minute.

But I hope in this article, I’ve motivated you to take a look at your ‘current’ level of fitness (both strength and flexibility) and come up with a plan (either on your own, or with the help of a qualified golf fitness professional) that will transform your game quickly and easily.

It’s not as hard as you think. Just doing a few of the ‘right’ golf stretches and golf strength exercises in your home a couple of times a week will make a world of difference.

Now get away from your computer and do this stretch right away! It will feel so good on your lower back.

    It’s my Lying Leg Crossover:

    * Lie on back with legs extended.
    * Raise one leg and bend at knee to 90 degrees in knee and hip.
    * Cross that leg over extended leg, while opposite shoulder stays on ground.
    * Go until slight pull in butt and lower back.
    * Hold and repeat once more.
    * Switch legs and do opposite side.

This is just one simple golf exercise of dozens you can do with minimal or no equipment that will quickly and dramatically transform your game for years to come! Happy golfing! And remember…”hit’em LONG & STRAIGHT!
